二、培养目标 Educational Objectives

本专业适应食品工业的发展需要,培养德智体美劳全面发展,能够掌握扎实的食品科学理论和工程技术知识,使用现代信息技术和农业科技技术,在农产品加工领域内从事生产、加工、销售、产品研发和工程设计等方面的工作,并具备国际视野、创新精神和实践能力的国际化复合型农科类专业人才。

This major meets the needs of thedevelopment of the food industry, cultivates talents who with an all-round development of morality,intelligence, physics, arts and labor, are able to grasp the theory ofsolid food science and engineering knowledge, and can use the moderninformation technology and the technology of agricultural science andtechnology, to conduct agricultural products processing production, processingand marketing, product development and engineering design work, and have the internationalperspective, the innovation spirit and practice ability of internationalagricultural engineering.

三、培养要求 Skills requirement

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

The graduates should have the knowledgeand abilities as following:

1.德智体美劳全面发展,具有良好的职业道德、社会责任感和丰富的人文科学素养。

1. All-round development of morality,intelligence, physics, arts and labor, having a good work ethic, sense ofsocial responsibility and rich humanities quality.

2.具有较强的英语学习能力和写作能力、英语语言表达能力、沟通能力,具有较强的调查研究与决策、组织与管理的能力,具有独立获取知识、信息处理和创新的基本能力。

2. Good at learning ability, writing ability, languageexpression ability, communication ability, have strong interest ininvestigation and decision-making, organization and management ability;basically master the ability of acquisition knowledge alone informationprocessing and innovation.

3.具有从事食品科学与工程领域所需的数学、自然科学、工程基础和专业知识,并能够用于解决复杂工程问题。

3. Having professional knowledge onmathematics, natural science, engineering required for the food science andengineering field, and being able to solve complex engineering problems.

4.能够将食品科学与工程领域所需的数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,用于识别、表达、分析复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。

4. Being able to apply the basicprinciples of mathematics, natural science and engineering science needed inthe field of food science and engineering to identify, express and analyzecomplex engineering problems to obtain effective conclusions.

5.能够设计针对食品科学与工程中复杂工程问题的解决方案,能够设计满足特定需求的食品新产品、新工艺、新技术和新设备,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化、环境等因素。

Being able to design for solvingcomplex engineering problems in food science and engineering, and meeting thespecific needs of new food products, techniques, technology and equipment, andcan reflect innovation consciousness in the design process, considering thesocial, health, safety, legal, cultural, environmental and other factors.

6.能够基于食品科学与工程领域的基本原理,采用科学方法对复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据,并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。

6. Being able to conduct scientificresearch on complex engineering problems based on basic principles in the fieldof food science and engineering, including designing experiments, analyzing andinterpreting data, and obtaining reasonable and effective conclusions throughinformation synthesis.

7.能够就食品科学与工程领域的复杂工程问题,用英语与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括用英语撰写报告、设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

7. Ability to effectively communicate withindustry peers and the public on complex engineering issues in the field offood science and engineering in English, including writing reports, designingdocuments, making presentations, clearly expressing or responding toinstructions. Having a certain international vision, being able to communicateand exchange in the cross-cultural background.

8.有一定的国际意识,了解食品科学的科学前沿、发展状况及应用前景,了解其发展趋势和最新发展动态。

8. Having international awareness andunderstand the frontier, development and application prospects of food scienceand technology, understanding its development trend and latest developments.

9.能够基于食品科学与工程专业相关背景知识,进行合理分析和评价专业工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。

9. Being able to analyze and evaluate theimpacts of professional engineering practices and solutions on society, health,safety, law and culture and to understand corresponding responsibilities basedon the background knowledge of food science and engineering.

10.树立和践行社会主义核心价值观,具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,高尚的思想道德修养及一定的法律基础,正确的人生观和理想信念,能够在食品科学与工程领域的工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。

10. Setting up and practicing thesocialist core values, having humanities quality, social responsibility, loftyideological and moral cultivation and legal basis, having the correct outlookon life and ideal faith, understanding and obeying the professional ethics andnorms, fulfilling the responsibility in the practice in the field of foodscience and engineering.

四、专业特色 Major characteristics

食品科学与工程专业所对应的乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学为食品技术专业,隶属于食品技术学院。该合作办学专业充分发挥了河南科技学院食品科学与工程专业以农产品加工和贮藏技术为特色的优势,结合乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学食品技术博士学科特色,广泛开展农副产品加工、贮存、保鲜技术的研究和应用,全面提升学生的综合素质、培养学生的动手能力、创新能力及国际化合作过程,更好地服务于我国农产品和食品加工产业发展的需要。专业特色主要体现在:

The Food Scienceand Engineering major corresponds to the Food Technology majorbelonging to the College of Food Technology of Sumy National AgrarianUniversity of Ukraine. This cooperative education makes full use of thecharacteristics of Food Science and Engineering major of Henan Institute ofScience and Technology which includes processing and storing the agriculturalproducts as the core, focuses on processing, storing and fresh-keeping ofagricultural and sideline products, combines the characteristics of thedoctoral discipline of Food Technology at the Sumy National Agrarian Universityof Ukraine. The development of the Chinese agricultural products industry canbe better served by comprehensively improving students' comprehensive quality,cultivating students’ practical ability, innovation ability and internationalcooperation process with utilizing the academic advantages and specialcharacteristics of the school. The characteristics are mainly reflected in:

1.通过引进乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学的食品工程原理及实验、食品机械与设备等课程,深化和加强河南科技学院食品科学与工程专业在农业及农产品加工贮存方面的特色。  

1. The characteristics of agriculture andagricultural product processing and storage in the Food Science and Engineeringmajor of Henan Institute of Science and Technology will be deepened and strengthenedby introducing Food Engineering Principle and Experiment, FoodMachinery and Equipment and other courses of SumyNational Agrarian University of Ukraine.

2. 通过引入粮油食品工艺学、乳品工艺学、肉品工艺学等课程,使河南科技学院食品科学与工程专业在农副产品加工的设计及应用方面的优势更加明显。

2. Through the introduction of Cereal andOil Technology, Milk and Dairy Products Technology, Meat Productions Technologyand other courses, the Food Science and Engineering major of Henan Institute ofScience and Technology has more obvious advantages in the design and applicationof agricultural and sideline products processing.

3. 通过引进软饮料工艺学、食品企业管理等课程方面的优质教育教学资源、教学材料,能进一步加强和拓展河南科技学院食品科学与工程专业在这些课程上的深度和广度,使得培养的毕业生具有良好的专业素养、扎实的专业知识和国际化视野。

3. Through the introduction ofhigh-quality teaching resources and teaching materials in Soft DrinkTechnology, Food Enterprise Management and other courses, it can furtherstrengthen and expand the depth and breadth of the Food Science and Engineeringmajor of Henan Institute of Science and Technology in these courses, so thatthe trained graduates have good professionalism, solid professional knowledgeand international vision.

五、考核 Assessment

1.本专业各门理论课程考核在借鉴乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学考核方式基础上,按照教学大纲要求,采用考试与考查相结合、过程性评价和终结性评价相结合的方式进行。所有课程的终结性评价均采用五分制和百分制计分方式。过程性评价要突出过程考核在终结性评价中的地位,根据到课率、课堂参与、课堂研讨、陈述展示、阶段测试、作业或设计完成质量等要素综合评定。

1. On the basis of the courses assessmentmethod of Sumy National Agrarian University of Ukraine, the assessment of eachtheoretical course of this major is carried out in accordance with therequirements of the syllabus by combining test with examination, formativeevaluation and summative evaluation. The summative evaluation of all coursesadopts five points system and hundred points system. Formative assessmentshould highlight the role of process assessment in summative assessment, andmake comprehensive assessment according to class attendance, classparticipation, class discussion, presentation, stage test, homework or designcompletion quality.

2.实习、实训、课程设计按照实践教学大纲和计划要求进行,考核成绩根据学生出勤率、实践操作能力和报告质量等要素综合评定,采用五分制计分。

2. The practice, training and curriculumof design are carried out according to the requirements of the practicesyllabus and plan. The examination results are comprehensively evaluatedaccording to the students' attendance rate, practical operation ability andreport quality. The five points system is adopted.

3.毕业设计(论文)按照大纲和任务书的要求进行,成绩根据学生出勤率、开题报告、成果质量、指导教师的评阅成绩及毕业答辩等要素综合评定,采用五分制计分,论文语言采用英语。

3. Graduation design (Thesis) shall beconducted according to the requirements of outline and assignment book. Thescore shall be evaluated comprehensively according to the attendance rate,opening report, achievement quality, evaluation result of the instructor andgraduation reply, and the score shall be scored by five points system. Thethesis language is in English.

4.课程考核不及格的学生只有一次补考机会。若补考及格,可获得相应的学分;若补考不及格,则必须重修该门课程。

4. Students who fail in the courseexamination have only one chance to make up the examination. If you pass themake-up examination, you can get corresponding credits; if you fail the make-upexamination, you must take the course again.

5.实习、实训、课程设计考核不及格的学生,随低年级学生重修。

5. Students who fail in the examination ofinternship, practical training and curriculum of design will be retrained withlow grade students.

六、毕业与学位 Graduation and Degree

1.4+0”双学位模式。学生在规定学制内(3-7年)修完人才培养方案规定的全部课程及全部实践教学环节后,在双方教师共同指导下,以英文提交毕业设计(论文),参加苏梅国际学院组织的答辩,成绩均合格,可以获得河南科技学院的本科毕业证书和学士学位证书以及苏梅国立农业大学的学士学位证书。学生获得苏梅国立农业大学学士学位证书,不以到苏梅国立农业大学学习为必要条件。

1. In the “4+0” double degree mode, thosewho complete all the courses and all the practical teaching proceduresstipulated in the talent training program within the maximum period ofregistration as required(that is 3-7 years), submit the graduation design(thesis) in English under the joint guidance of teachers of both partiesand are qualifiedin the defense of graduation design (thesis) organized by Sumy InternationalCollege of HIST, shall be granted with the undergraduate graduation certificateand bachelor’s degree certificate of Henan Institute of Science and Technology.They also shall be granted with bachelor's degree certificate from SumyNational Agrarian University, and it is not necessary to stay at Sumy NationalAgrarian University.

2.学生在专业人才培养方案规定的修业年限内达不到河南科技学院或乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学毕业条件的,由河南科技学院或乌克兰苏梅国立农业大学颁发结业证书或者出具学习证明。

2. If the student fails to meet thegraduation requirements of Henan Institute of Science and Technology or SumyNational Agrarian University of Ukraine within the length of study in thetraining plan, Henan Institute of Science and Technology or Sumy NationalAgrarian University of Ukraine shall award a completion certificate or studycertification.
